Is the GelFlex® Grid soft or firm?
It is both. The grid’s columns give way under shoulders and hips while remaining supportive beneath the back and legs, creating a balance of cushioning and stability.

Will I sleep hot on a Spinal Rest mattress?

Trials, Warranty & Returns
How does the 100-night trial work?
Your 100-night trial begins when your mattress is delivered. We ask that you sleep on it for at least 21 nights to allow your body time to adjust. If it’s not the right fit within the trial period, we’ll arrange pickup and issue a refund.
What does the 10-year mattress warranty cover?
The warranty covers manufacturing defects for up to 10 years under normal residential use. Proof of purchase is required. Full warranty details are available on our Warranty page.
How do returns or exchanges work?
If you’re within the trial period and have completed the adjustment period, our care team will schedule pickup. Refunds are processed after pickup confirmation.

What is the Honeycomb GelFlex® Grid?
The Honeycomb GelFlex® Grid is a temperature-neutral version of the grid technology designed for pillows. Its hexagonal structure contours to the head and neck while allowing airflow for breathable comfort.
What’s the difference between grid pillows and down-alternative pillows?
Grid pillows use adaptive GelFlex® technology to cradle the head and neck. Down-alternative pillows use hypoallergenic fiber fills designed to mimic traditional pillow loft without grid components.
How do I clean and care for pillows and bedding?
Care instructions vary by product and are included with each item. Most covers are machine washable, while internal components should be spot cleaned only to maintain performance.
Do I need a box spring or foundation?
Most Spinal Rest platforms and adjustable bases do not require a traditional box spring. Adjustable bases should not be used with box springs. Always follow the recommended support guidelines for your mattress and frame.
